Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator to support all our digital marketing efforts and be an integral part of the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for new customer acquisition.

You are a competent, enthusiastic professional, with a passion for learning and expanding your knowledge and skills. You will work on SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics. You will report directly to our VP of Digital Marketing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Digital Acquisition Support. Monitor lead flow in HubSpot CRM to ensure deliverability and analyze end-to-end customer journey processes. Coordinate with Integrations team and maintain an accurate online database. Assist with Google Business Listings verification.

• WebSite Management Support. Identify ways to optimize page content using 3rd party tools and execute on SEO recommendations.

• Digital Campaign Support. Assist in execution of marketing plans to reach target audience through identified channels, including list gathering, list cleaning, and list management. Assist with social media management for internal brands and agency needs.

• Digital Reporting. Analyze campaign results and produce meaningful reports. Contribute to competitor research and draw competitive intelligence.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Strong written and communications skills
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate new digital tools
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Trained in CMS (content management systems) preferred but not required
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required
