Position Summary

  • This position assist in managing the Mergers & Acquisitions deal pipeline for World Insurance Associates LLC  

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Assist in the initial, pre-LOI, valuation analysis 
  • Review, monitor, and communicate the status of data rooms
  • Conduct portions, and facilitate the completion, of the financial due diligence process
  • Complete ad-hoc projects to better the M&A team and its practices, processes, and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably Finance or Accounting
  • 0-3 year(s) of professional work experience, preferably in a Finance or Accounting role
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Fast learner with an analytical mindset
  • Insurance (brokerage) industry experience, preferred
