Position Summary

  • Claims Facilitators main task is to offer full range of customer service to all clientele, either by phone, e-mail, fax. This includes, but not limited to handling incoming calls and outgoing calls for other departments. The level of customer service offered should be of the highest quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete clients' initial accident report forms
  • Fill out and submit Automobile loss notice, as needed - (Time-sensitive task)
  • Gather pending information from adjusters or clients
  • Follow up on requests and/or submissions
  • Facilitate the communication with the adjuster and clients until claims process is finalized
  • Support customer by providing helpful claim or policy information


  • Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members
  • Self-motivated and driven. Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance
  • The ability to multi task, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
