Position Summary
- This position is the client contact for initial and
post-sale insurance service and questions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Client service
including but not limited to endorsements, additions, deletions, certificate
preparation and distribution, audit issues, and general client policy questions
· Organization of
documents- Ensuring sale is completely documented, paid, scanned and able to be
followed by co-workers

Account
rounding- to other applicable lines
· Establishing
relationships and networking outside of office to gain leads
· Meeting monthly sales
goals established by management
· Establishing
relationships and networking outside of office to gain leads
Qualifications
· Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferred
· Two years
Commercial Lines Account experience required
· Property & Casualty License required
· Possess strong administrative and computing skills,
including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
· Applied/Epic or similar agency management software
experience, preferred.
· Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of
interaction with team members.
· Self-motivated and driven. Maintain a sense of urgency
and ability to work with and meet deadlines.
· Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication,
including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal
assistance.
· The ability to multi task, prioritize, work independently,
and use discretion surrounding sensitive information.
· Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive
attitude
