Position Summary

  • The Client Service Representative will play an integral role in driving our mission to deliver innovative and cost-effective employer solutions that meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.  


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist insurance producers in servicing client needs
  • Lead open-enrollment communications with insurance carriers
  • Assist client HR and benefits personnel with insurance-carrier communications
  • Assist client employees with insurance-carrier appeals

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or the recognized equivalent in education and experience, preferred
  • Experience group health insurance and other employee benefits required
  • Minimum of one year of insurance client service experience
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Active listener with a service orientation (actively seek ways to help people)
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Effective email communication skills
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office and client-relationship or agency-management software
  • Spanish proficiency, a plus.
